The Estimating process can be tailored to meet the Individual Clients needs.

Most Estimates will be prepared to give a Figure that the client can then add overheads, Preliminaries Profit etc. to submit their Tender Figure.

Sub Contract and Material enquiries can be sent out on behalf of the Client to be sent back direct to them for their own pricing.

Tenders Can be prepared, Client to give all relevant information, ie overhead and Profit level, rates for own plant and labour.

·         Computerised Estimates prepared from Drawings and Specifications in Excel, CITE formats as required

·         Manual pricing of Bills of Quantity

·         Labour only and Labour, Plant and materials pricing for sub contractors.

·         Full reporting from computerised estimates, Labour, Plant, Materials

·         Sub contractors quotations obtained, enquiries sent out.
